The exterior of Oura Ring 4 Ceramic is made of ceramic zirconia, whereas Oura Ring 4 exterior is made of titanium. With Oura Ring 4 Ceramic, there is a slight increase in thickness due to the material properties, and to ensure the product is durable and strong.
How do I take care of my Oura Ring 4 Ceramic?
Oura Ring 4 Ceramic is made from high-performance zirconia ceramic, a premium material selected for its scratch resistance, luster, and color. Due to its hardness, it can scuff and take on the color of softer metals, like a dumbbell or kettle handle. It’s important to properly clean and care for your Oura Ring 4 Ceramic, so you can keep it looking like new.
Can I have multiple rings under the same account?
Now, you can change Oura Ring 4 styles as easily as changing your outfit. If you have two or more Oura Ring 4 styles, you can now switch easily between different finishes.
Can I wear my Oura Ring 4 Ceramic in pools, saunas, or ice baths?
Oura Ring is water-resistant up to 100 meters (~330 feet), meaning that you can wear it while showering, swimming, or partaking in recreational diving (e.g. snorkeling), but we don’t recommend using your Oura Ring while scuba diving or keeping it submerged underwater for over 12 hours. Chlorine will not damage it.
Oura Ring operating temperature ranges from -10–52°C / 14–125°F. You can safely wear your Oura Ring in the shower, hot tubs, saunas, ice baths, and cryotherapy tanks. However, extended exposure to extreme temperatures (below -20°C / -4°F or above 60°C / 140°F) may lead to battery damage.
Can I use Oura Ring without a subscription?
Oura Membership unlocks the full potential of the Oura App, allowing you to access detailed insights and personalized guidance. Without a membership, the Oura Ring can be used only with limited functionality.
