Can the Oura Ring 4 Charging Case be used with other Oura Ring models?
The Oura Ring 4 Charging Case is compatible with all Oura Ring 4 styles (titanium and ceramic). Earlier generation Oura Ring models are not compatible with the Oura Ring 4 Charging Case.
Does the Oura Ring 4 Charging Case work with all Oura Ring sizes?
To ensure correct functionality, you should select the same size Oura Ring 4 Charging Case as your Oura Ring 4. The Oura Ring 4 Charging Case will only work with the same size Oura Ring.
How do I use the Oura Ring 4 Charging Case?
To charge the Oura Ring 4 Charging Case, simply use a USB-C cable and charging port. You can use any USB-C and don’t need to purchase a new cable if you already own one.
Keep tabs on the charging level of your Oura Ring 4 Charging Case via the LED lights located on the exterior of the device. A solid amber light indicates low battery for your charging case, and a pulsing white light indicates that charging is in progress. A solid green LED light indicates that your charging case is fully charged and ready to be used for up to five full on-the-go charges.
Does the Oura Ring 4 Charging Case come with a warranty?
Yes, the Oura Ring 4 Charging Case comes with a limited one year warranty. The Oura limited warranty covers your Oura product against manufacturing defects under normal use.
Examples of scenarios not covered by our limited warranty:
- Lost or stolen products
- Normal wear and tear, such as scratches and dents caused by everyday handling
- Secondhand purchases from an unauthorized reseller
The warranty applies to products purchased from the Oura online store or authorized retailers, unless otherwise noted.
